Portable memory you own, across your AI assistants

About Configure Memory (Claude) MCP Server

Configure is one memory that goes with you between AI assistants. Bring your memories and preferences over from ChatGPT and other assistants, and Claude knows how you like to work from your first conversation. Ask Claude what's in your Configure profile and it shows you. When you want help that depends on something you saved, Claude can search for it. Tell Claude to remember something, or a few things at once, and it saves them. Change your mind, and Claude can delete a memory it saved. Configure only gets what those actions send: the facts you ask Claude to save, the words it searches for, and the memories you ask it to delete. It never receives your conversations or Claude's own memory. Memories from other assistants come in when you set up your account on configure.dev, not through Claude. You can see, edit or delete anything in your profile, or disconnect Claude, at configure.dev. Keep passwords, payment and health details, government IDs and other people's private information out of it.
